Paarl Hideaway is on Main Road in Paarl, 46 km from Cape Town International Airport. A number of restaurants and wine farms are close enough to walk to, and Main Road connects to major roads and arterial routes. Free private parking is available on site behind two electric gates.

Owners Leonhard and Nicolette Jonas and their staff handle check-in, can be contacted by WhatsApp, and give recommendations for local restaurants and wineries. Late check-in and late check-out can be arranged. Housekeeping includes a turndown service with chocolates, and electric blankets are switched on in colder weather. Free Wi-Fi runs at up to 90 Mbps, and an invoice can be provided. In one case, the owner drove 25 km to return a guest's forgotten bike keys before a race.
